called my phone saying I could decrease my APR from 6% to something lower on my credit card.  They have called me 10 times today. I finally chose the option to speak with them and when they answered there was noise in the background when they picked up the phone.  I began to tell them to stop f***ing calling me and they hung up.

Same thing with me. To top it off I asked which Visa or Mastercard. She hung up on me which was really good since I don't have credit cards. I will be reporting them to the PA Lt. General.
