Same - got a call, just hung up with no message.  Caller ID Florida - called back and number not recognized as dialed

Called hung up - Anyone know who this is??

Just got a call from this number. They left a message saying if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rate to 6.9% to "press 9 now" to speak to a real person. Sounds like they would try to get my credit card number out of me.
