Recorded message offering lower credit card rate.Press 9 to speak with a rep,but got disconnected.Did a *69 to get the number.I have never heard of a 000 prefix.If you dial 0 as the first digit don't you get an operator? that is if its a local number.

Recorded message offering lower credit card rate.Press 9 to speak with a rep.  I did that, and asked this person who they were....they said "Account Services" and told me they would lower my interest rates wiht credit card companies.  When i brought up the do not call registry, they hung up quickly
