got a call from 407-000-2544. did not answer the phone. who would have a phone prefix of 000? that's doesn't seem right.

just got a call from this number ID said unkown but I answered anyway A very nasty guy got into a argument with me that he could lower the interest rates on my credit cards. I told him he didn't know what he was talking about then he got really nasty. I again told him he didn't know what he was talking about because we have paid off most of our credit cards all ready. Then I hung up.
