Received a call from 1-407-000-2361. There was an automated message that I had been chosen to have a holiday in Cancun; press 9 to confirm. I pressed 9 to be able to speak with a live person who was not only EXTREMELY RUDE, and I must state, I was very calm, polite and courteous (I realize that many call centre employees do not know the methods that are used to drum up their business and I do not wish to be rude to them.) I expressed that I was quite frustrated at being called at all hours (I work shifts and am tired of having my sleep interrupted). The CSR who took the call just repeted over and over, "you're frustrated? you're frustrated? you're frustrated? you're frustrated? you're frustrated? you're frustrated? you're frustrated? you're frustrated?
