All they do is hang up on me when they have realized I have questions for THEM.  They used to have an option to dial 2 if you wanted your name removed from their list, in these new calls, there is no option 2 - only option 9.  I think this is some kind of scam.  I am highly suspect of anyone offering anything when they have to ASK for your credit card number.  I would NEVER give out my credit card number to someone who has called ME.  Why can't these people be stopped??!!

They wanted information from me to lower Visa and Mastercard interest rates.  They wanted me to give them my name, address, etc. I would not give them any information.  Instead I asked them what information they needed verified before I told them anything. They just hung up.  I could hear in the background that this is a call center.  My friend received the same call on her cell phone. Obviously they are trying to steal information.  Why can't they be shut down?
