Same story over and over -- what is to be done?

I didn't answer and I don't have my voice mail set up, but I doubt they'd have left a message. I have a policy of never answering phone calls from numbers I don't recognize. People who answer calls from creeps like this are catering to their game and encouraging them. My advice? If you don't know the number, don't take the call. If it's important, they'll leave a message.
