What would you like ATT to do about it? They have no law enforcement powers. You must block the number by using a call blocker, call blocking phone, your carriers call blocker, or a call blocking app for smart phones which can be downloaded for free.

Some company wanted to clean my air conditioner. ATS was the name of the company but they are in no way related to the company I use for my air conditioner warranty/service.
