This is yet another magazine telemarketing scam from Jason W. Ellsworth of Hamilton Mt, who, from what I have been seen, has been running one after another for a decade, at least. He has been the subject of a whole bunch of court actions and investigations, but he is still doing exactly the same corrupt practices, and opening new companies. I have to wonder why the FTC has been unable to stop him. Spread the word about him. I am outing him on Facebook, Myspace and Twitter. If you are a webhead like me, do a few searches, review the comments of a horde of angry consumers and get the word about this scumbag out there.

(406)961-1300 - This is Jason Ellsworth trying to recruit the desperate to telemarket porn and other magazines for him. He has been shut down by the FTC several times, they've imposed hefty fines on him but he slaps a new business name on the existing operation to keep going. Just like a filthy roach. Check out some of the articles archived about him in the Ravalli Republic and Missoulian. He's had plenty of trouble but for some reason is still free to prey on the innocent and unsuspecting. Stay away from this scumball and his associates, but be sure to report any questionable activity to law enforcement. They know all about him.

Bottom Line: If you're thinking of applying for a job with this creep, DON'T DO IT!!!!  He's a professional liar and master manipulator, don't get caught in his game because you will not get out without damage. There are a lot of people waiting for the day this slippery little weasel gets locked up.

Ive worked for Jason Ellsworth. I don't know about his past but he was an awesome boss. Yes his company does sell magazines but it is not a scam. They do have a wide variety of magazines and you can pick whatever one you want. Also you can switch it up. I probably would still be working for him if it hadn't been for moving. The company that he runs now is strictly Magazine sells. No dirtiness about it. Its for real Magazine Telemarketing

If not a scam, why is Countrywide Periodicals not BBB accredited Also, they are very rude. I have received several phone calls for someone else, and I ask who is calling so I can write it down to report it to my blawyer. I do not have to disclose this information. However when I do inform them that they have the wrong number, they do not believe me. Now they have a collection agency calling me and again I told them they have the wrong number and the woman on the other end of the phone got extremely rude, so naturally I did some research on the numbers. I also did a BBB search on Countrywide Periodicals and the complaints that were on the page were the same problems that I had. I do not understand how a company like this can be in business. They need to be shut down for good.
