Hi, I used to be a product tester for a magazine so when they called I asked if they were affiliated with it and the guy said yes- LIAR.  I would never have fallen for the scam, believed in it, given info if I knew that he had NOTHING to do with the company.  How do I get them to cancel my subscription and refund me?

i have a sick child at home with doctors from all over the US calling me with information. I have to answer the phone with each ring for fear of missing the call. This number shows up only half the time, other times its an unknown number. I dont have the "choice" as you say. But they call from early morning to late (after 10pm) evening. I tell them 2-3 times daily not to call if get them instead of a medical facility. They are rude saying my husband made a purchase... which btw he didn't. We dont have the money for any purchases. I lost my job sue to my daughters illness. So we are struggling as it is. So now I have to deal with this. NOT FAIR!!! The company says we ordered magazines and a watch.... bull crap!

They are now waking up my sick child with their calls... any ideas for them to stop calling me?

The best thing to do about this company is to contact the BBB. I too have been scam. They kept telling me that I cannot cancel my account. But then after I contacted them, they said that they can cancel my subscription for $300. The reason why I canceled is because I lost my job and just recently gotten into the car accident. So how would I pay that? Well now I'm waiting to hear from the BBB. Hopefully they can help me deal with it. And I wouldn't have to pay them a single cent! Because they are really starting to irritate me!

This company knowingly made numerous material misrepresentations, then had the gall to play me the phone conversation where they did so. Not only did the person I call act rude from the get-go when I called in, and I got a hang up on one of their lines, but the person I initially asked said 3 to 4 weeks for the magazines to arrive and then I was told 8 to 12. This invalidates my agreement with them and I am having my credit card company cancel all subsequent payments. I haven't received my magazines anyways. They also engaged in deceptive marketing as regards the terms of the subscriptions. These people are clearly scammers. Given their horrible BBB rating of F, I am willing to bet my credit card company will easily stop these transactions.

I got a call from these guys. They got my credit card information somehow and charge me 66.00 to my account. These people are a scam and i never authorize them to use my credit card.
