I got a call from this number, picked it up after 2 rings, and they hung up.

Yeah same here about 10 minutes ago. The # appeared as "Credit Service". I noticed it was a machine talking to me so I pressed '0' and a person came on. He sounded Indian and basically asked me what I wanted. So I said to be taken off their call list and he hung up. Reporting them as we speak to the websites mentioned on here.

A  limited time they were offering us 6.5% lower interest
Rate on our credit card but our card was in good standing I didn't listen to the rest it was pre recorded so I Hung up

"Heather from Account Services" again - she's back! This is the same old credit card interest rate scam, with blatant disregard of the "do not call" list.

Hello good folks, I've been helping an edlerly lady for at least two years now. I've discovered a phone feature that has been working for her and myself. We had many calls coming through and they got to her for some monies, she's 90 years young. Oh well, now we use * 60 and we add number we want blocked. We have 12 spaces to rotate these numbers, works great. First we use * 77 and this feature won't allow blocked numbers, then we once their number is exposed we do the * 60 thingy. We now have very few calls coming in and she has her phone back. The lady was so afriad to use her phone at one time. Also check with your carrier to see what features work in your area, the * number may be different.
