is this a business call?

This bunch of annoying [***]' keep calling with their spanish speaking BS!  There is no english on the message whatsoever and I cannot understand a word that is said.  It is a recording and no live person answers after the message.  These idiots need to be stopped, charged for violations of the FCC regulations or whatever can be done to prevent them from bothering with unwanted calls.

If you get a call from this number don't bother answering.

I didn't answer - screened by listening through voice mail - it was a pre-recorded spiel about having won a vacation in Floria or something - oddly enough it was already going when my greeting was going on and then as soon as the tone sounded to leave a message, their automated message hung up and I *immediately* got a dial tone. This tells me that even these scammers' automated systems are like sharks now - they don't even leave stuff on voice mail - they just move on to new prey.

Soliciting personal information... give them nothing! it is likely a scam to cause you financial loss since I entered no draw nor did anyone I know!
