This number has called several times and when answered, they hang up.

This number from Belgrade keeps calling and hanging up.

Got a call and did not answer. They did not leave a message. My message tells the caller that if I don't recognize the number, I won't answer and if they don't leave a message, I will block their number and report it as spam. So that's where they are now. Good riddance.
