I don't have much to add here, except that I got a call on May 12, 2011.  I didn't keep the number except I remember the 406 area code, and "NO FRANNIE, MT" caller ID. The caller left no message.  I wondered if there IS such a place as "North (?) Frannie" in Montana. I found through Google a town in Wyoming called Frannie that is about 2 miles south of the Montana/Wyoming border. Frannie, Wyoming is about 5 blocks by 6 blocks in size, and has about 200 people.  I guess it could have a northern suburb across the state line in Montana, though it didn't show up on the map.
