Multiple calls from this number claiming to be able to reduce credit card rates to as low as 1%.  Each call states "This is your final offer to reduce credit card debt, press 1 to speak to an agent." I have pressed 1 on a few occasions to ask to have my name removed from their call list. The person automatically hangs up with out comments. The calls continue. I have called the number back and I get the message that this is a disconnected number.
