Called my cell phone this morning. Didn't recognize # so I declined call. When I called from my home phone that is blocked, said number is disconnected.

I answered this one since I have relatives in Montana (406).
Robo call "Kelley with Consumer Law" wanting to lower credit card interest rates...imagine that.

Just another spam call about lowering your interest rates. It's a dead giveaway when you call the number back and it comes up as disconnected or not a good number.
