Got a call from this number, called it back to find that it is some debt collector with the name of "CRA", who apparently called my number looking for someone with the same last name as mine, AKA fishing for information. Which is unlawful in most states and FTC consumer protection laws.

this man called claiming to be a "Chris" asking for a "Scott". I said "No Scott here." Then I asked him who he was. He said it was none of my business and hung up. I called him back and told him that he didn't need to hang up on me. So he hung up on me again. I called him back and asked for his superviser. He said I didn't need to talk to him. I said why not? Then my wife took the phone from me. He asked my wife who she was and she said to him it was none of his business. She asked him not to call here to put us on the DNC list. she also asked to speak to the supervisor and he said no he was not going to let her, or put her on any list. He used several cuss words towards my wife which left me extremely angry and I gave him a few choice words for disrespecting her. He hung up and the company called 6 times private and then was asking for a Gina. Again my wife told them who was this? They once again hung up. I reported it to the FCC and I am waiting on a supervisor.

When answering a call from 406-558-4621 a recording of a rude male voice indicated that my phone number was listed as an emergency contact and I should press 1 to find out more. This is the second morning they called.

When (if ever) these people are caught, they should face jail time!

Received a phone call from 406 558 4621 asking for my neice.  I asked wgat was this concerning.  I was told she needed to fill out some papers and would I give her a message.  I was told to give her the phone number, and I said what is the message about, he said it was none of my business to which I replied, then I'm not giving her any message, to which he replied that's not tomy detriment and hung up on me.  I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told this person was a director, I asked are you a collection agency and was told that was none of my @!#@!@#@! business, I replied well if it's not my business why are you calling me?   She also  hung up on me.   Is there a phone number anyone can call to report these people?
