The keep calling me claiming they are from my credit card company offering me "lower rates up to 6%" but when I ask them what credit card company, they say they are "Card Services" a company that represents Visa dn MAstercard. When I say I am on the do not call list, they hang up!

I've received a large number of calls (all unwanted) about card services. I would like to see them stop.
