I just received the email below.  I emailed back and have not heard from them but my assumption is they'll be contacting me soon to ask for $99.  My initial reaction was to do a web search on the company and this website is the only thing that came up; glad I found this thread.  I too am happy to pay referral fees but will never "pay for leads"... especially unqualified ones.  If you have a referral to send to New Orleans, feel free to reply to this thread :)  Thanks all.  Oh yeah, and what agent DOESN'T take on new customers?!
