they call every night and hang up and i am sick of it

As long as you're answering, they're bound to keep calling. The caller probably doesn't have anything to say, just simply fishing for live numbers with answers to resell and keep your phone ringing. Try not answering in any way and give it time. The calls will probably slow down gradually since they're not getting any answer. A call blocker could be of some use on a landline and there's good blocking apps for cell phones.

Caller ID shows Found Amer.  Did not answer. Voice mail had static and hangup.

This is the first call we have received from this number (Monday, Nov.09.2015, 2:16pm) - caller ID indicates it is from the Foundation for American Veterans.  Per Wikipedia, that organization does not provide financial statements publicly and has in the past been reported to provide only a very small percentage of their funds to their veteran clients:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foundation_for_American_Veterans
They should be registered with the State of Montana - I will contact the Attorney General's Office to ensure that they are.  I added this # to our blocked callers & would encourage anyone receiving calls from them to find a better non-profit or charity to donate to.  (Your local American Legion is a good resource for same.)

I have received over 10 calls from this number in the last 3 days.  Clicking the phone on and off obviously does not work.  I imagine they're trying to feed on the sentiments of people and Veteran's Day yesterday.
