Got a call from this number on Jan 12, 2011, at 12:43 pm. Caller ID said "SALES DEPARTMEN". I didn't answer and no message was left. Later in the day, I called the number back. Right after it started ringing, it went to a busy signal.

I see numbers on my machine on occasion but they never get through unless I allow them too. My phone does not even ring to disturb me. I use a Globalinx Privacy Call Blocker. Cost about 140 buck but I never get a call that I don't want.

When I see a number that I want to pass through I press a button once. From then on that number goes right through. When I see a number that I do not recognize I push a button twice. I set mine up to block all calls then I give access to those numbers that I want to get through. You can also program the numbers in, but it is easier to just block all then allow good number through

Every blocked call gets a nice greeting saying thay this number does not accept telemarketing calls it then says for immediate connection enter a password.

No password, no pass through, my phone only rings when it is someone I know and trust. Now at last I have my phone back. I can give friends the passcode so if they call from a different line other than one that I have already approved for them they still get right through the first time.

Been using it for a year. Ahh nice to have my phone back.

Received call from this number on Thursday, Jan. 20.  CID said it was "service message."  I just want all these calls TO STOP.  I called the number back at 2:30 in the morning and the message I heard was:  "Please call back during normal business hours.  If you do not wish to receive any further calls from us please press 1."  I did.  I have before and it's never done any good.  Oh, what to do, what to do????
