I do not pay to have a phone so that unwanted bull crap people can continue to call my phone and not have the balls to leave a message. There should be a way to block these a$$ holes

These people keep calling and saying nothing...when I don't answer there's no message....when I try to call the number the number is not in service...how is that possible??
