I keep receiving calls ON MY CELL PHONE from this telephone number. Nobody every responds when I call the number back.  I would like this to stop, or at least find out who is calling. It is very annoying and inappropriate.

They call me everyday.

robo message saying would you like a free Dell computer?  thats right a free computer, press 9 now to get your free computer and sign  up for our merchant services.  The message goes on about getting merchant services and accepting payments for your business. And why pay for something when you can get it for free.  Press 9  now to get your computer or Press 8 to be removed from the list. I hung up.

If you have recently set up a reseller account in your state, this is where they get their numbers. They will keep calling. Suggest you report them to your local State Attorneys General office.
