Couldn't understand caller - something about cancelling a magazine. Needed my credit card to cancel account. Asked to speak to supervisor at least 6 times and finally asked him did he not understand what that meant. Said he needed cc information to make sure I was who I said I was. CC info is not necessary to cancel account. I had cancelled my Food Network subscription last week. Spoke to a person last week and they cancelled w/o CC info. Finally hung up when he would not give me a supervisor.

Called and the web lookup on Hodges directory is for Bob Martin     Lamar Dr     Great Falls Montana     406-272-4307.  I am sure it snot him!  Let it go to voice mail, and I got no message.  Another spoofed caller ID.  I wish the congress and phone companies would fix this.  There is no technological reason we cannot have valid caller ID's, and no reason we cannot block foreign routers known to spam the US.
