Called my cell and left a message with a case # and that it would b in my best interest to call.
They used my maiden name, and I have been married for years.
Scam!

I received a call from 406 205 1473 telling me there is a "pending claim" against me and that I should call or have my attorney call them

They called me, leaving me an unidentified message, saying I have a case with "this office" and that I need to press 1 to speak to a representative, using my case number to identify myself. I did, nothing happened, and the recording continued. If this is a scam, it doesn't achieve much. I'm definitely not calling back. This is the second time they've called in 24 hours, though. Blocking the number now.

Received a call from this number, provided a case number and instructed to press 1 to speak to a representative. When pressed 1 the recording played over. There was no identification of the company just for me or my attorney to contact the number.

12/2/15 Cell phone call mid-day, same as above comments:  left message for us to call, and a long # to use for ID, a legal issue.  Must be all bull.  Will not call back.
