This scammer calls mobile phone numbers in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They fail to provide a phone number or physical address when asked, further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim has won a free cruise. This is clearly a scam, as to win a drawing, you must first enter the drawing... Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.

A woman telling me about a free cruise.  Wanted to know my age, told her I didn't know.  Wanted to know if I had a credit card and a government ID.  I knew it was a scam so hung up.

She said I had won a free 3-day 2-night cruise to the Bahamas. The expenses would be paid for aside from a 130 port fee ($65 per person) that had to be paid during the phone call. The link she had me go to was http://www.royalseascruises.com/ it seemed fairly legit, and there were reviews online saying that it was legitimate company, but I was skeptical so I made an excuse to get out of it.
