10 calls yesterday, 8 so far today. Robo call?

What little was in my voice mail sounded like background noise. Just looked in my call logs, and they've called 9 times today. My home phone doesn't ring anymore, but I do get email when someone leaves a message and I do check the logs. This one is going on my blocked list.

This number called my about 10 times per day for the last week. Calling the number back leads to 'incorrect number please hang up and try again'. The number called again today and someone was on the other end. They tried to inform me they were from the Windows error department, that my computer has a windows error and they were calling to fix it. After I informed them I do not use Windows he abruptly hung up. The person calling had an Indian accent with fairly decent English. I'm assuming SPAM caller.

My husband has been getting several a day for days now. He doesn't answer them.

They have been calling me about 10 times a day. I finally answered and a man with an Indian or foreign accent says I have something wrong with my computer. I asked him what kind of computer I have & who he was with trying to find out all the information I could - he said he was technical support with Windows.  He specified my computer was full of viruses & it was alerting windows & he was here to help me.  I told him I did not need his help to QUIT calling me.  He kept talking & I asked him what kind of computer I had - he told me what he thought I had & when I said no, I do not have that - he hung up.
