Automated recording saying they were with "Consumer Services" and that they had an offer for something related to my credit card.  "This offer expires today."  "Press 1 to speak with a live operator."  I blocked the number.

I don't need this charging me minutes.

No message left.

Two calls back-to-back, no message left.

405 816 0013 is a scammer -   man with very bad broken english (trying to speak english) says i have credit card debt and this is last chance to fix it -  he is calling a business cell phone and there is no credit card debt attached to this number -  please make them STOP!   Maybe Trump will do something with all these foreign countries who are trying to invade our privacy and scam us in america
