I have been scamed by milner financial. This is the fax #. The business # is 800-963-2451. I see there are others who where hopeless and helpless and desperate. I am an intellegent person, I have always paid my bills and done things right. I have a cronic illness and have fallen on hard times. Our credit was bad as a result of all the economic problems. Normally I would have known better, I wanted to believe someone really wanted to help us. What a fool. They took us for $3,800.oo I can not take it any more.

I too have been taken by Milner Financial Group. I was promised a refund and the check was allegedly being delivered by Fed-Ex on 6-19 and when I checked with Fed-Ex, they had no record of my address scheduled for a delivery. When I spoke with a mgr at Milner (Tony) he said he will obtain the tracking # and that I should call him back in 30 minutes when I did he was allegedly in  meeting and all day. I still can't believe this, I too am smarter than to fall for this but I was so overwhelmed I wasn't thinking clearly. I am not going to give up and you shouldn't either. I see many complaints on them.  I plan on filing a complaint with the atty general in Oklahoma, where Milner is and also with the NY atty general and ask for help. We can't let them get away with this!

i too are with you guys. had money problems thought they were going to help. i have filed a complaint with western union fraud department they are trying to locate info on the recipents. follow up with them. i started a file with local police dept so oklahoma police can persue. you need to do the same.

this happens when you do not take a moment to do the research. With the internet - there is wealth of information at your fingertips instantly.

With the current economic crisis - scams are coming out in droves.  You cannot just assume the business is legitimate

When you fail to do the research - you fail yourself.

I know how you feel. Im a single mom of 3 and we are getting ready to be evicted cause I cannot pay the rent because I sent all the money I had to milner. I was trying to get a head on my bills. Now I cant pay the rent and the landlord is mad. Those people dont care if they have hurt alot of people, all they care about is the fact that they made alot of money off the ones who are struggling, and they just made all of our situations worse. I hope some how they get caught and have to pay for what they have done.
