Did not get a chance to answer call before it hungup

They called and when I answered they disconnected without a word. Here's the weird part (to me) is the "caller ID" it was really long, not a name:  V63013231400036 and it was above the number 405-698-3512.  They've called before and I ignored it but this time I thought I'd answer & see who they were or what they wanted. I wish these companies who do this would realize how freaking annoying it is and that it's NOT fruitful..........

That "caller id" number means that it is an automatic dialer.
