i also got this phone call on my id, but i didnt answer thought it may be collection agency did want to mess with them didnt answer but they have called four times now.  having my husband call them to find out for sure.

I got a call at work for my ex husband. When told he does not work here and never has they asked for me. Hung up on them. Not sure how they have my work number connected to my ex though.

I keep getting the same phone number popping up on my phone. I have not answered it but it keeps calling me. It has called me 8 times today alone. I do not even live in OK nor have I ever been there so I know I do not owe them taxes there. I called the place back and they said, "Thank you for calling clean slate company. All representatives are currently busy." I wish they would leave me alone.
