Put this resort vacation package scammer on your BLOCKED list.  Report it to the Fed DNC and your state list.
I haven't stayed at any "resort" ever.  I haven't even stayed at any hotel in over 3 years.

The DNC list is worthless as are most State DNC lists.  Frankly you should be able to sue these companies in a "fed" small claims court and the fines should be $10K plus court costs.
