acted like he was a long lost friend.  wanted to sell me items.  I said I was busy and had to go and he said he just had 3 items to tell me about.  I said no thanks and hung up

Wanted to speak with Kevin (business owner).  Refused to speak with me (co-owner).  Insisted on getting owner’s cell number.  Hung up when I refused to give it to him.

Tracked the number to specific location and names, however, it is a call-out only number, and registered as "non-working", so the tracking may not be valid.  Likely an in-mate.

Said his name was Tom Thompson with Big State Contractors - Caller ID say's Jeff Watson - He was rude when I told him that he would have to hold (PS.. knew he was a telemarketer) - Love to put them on extended HOLD

Said he was the tool man from arizona
