It's a collection agency in Bethany, OK. They are the rudest people I have ever had to speak to and they are the most incompetent company I have ever delt with. They continuously get my address wrong and then it is my fault for their mistakes. Everytime I call back they don't answer the phone professionally(sometimes it's "Hello") and don't identify the company you are calling. Cori Davis is the girl that always calls and her tone of voice is always hateful. I know they are a collection agency but they really need better customer service skills.

This Cori woman called me this morning and left a message saying it was urgent and important that I call her about the appointment I missed in their office today at 8am, but didn't give the name of the place. Obviously, I don't have any appointment with anyone.  I did not know I could hate a person just by the nasty tone of their voice, but Cori takes the cake!

I just got the same message via voice mail wanting me to call them in regards to my appointment. I to do not have an appointment. Talk about a dirty way to get people to call you back, im not calling them.

I just got a call from this same company. A lady named Janet Ward called. She said she needed to speak to me and it was urgent. Then stated if I have an attorney she needs their name and number. I will not be calling them back.

My husband has been getting calls from this number constantly and leaving voice messages that this is Cory Davis that to give her a call back or our lawyer. My husband called her back and she demanded payment of $500 and if we didn't pay she will report is. I don't know where we would owe this $500 and she just says for lab work done. Is this person serious? Or should I just ignore, she is very rude, is this a scam??
