This is for Dell Financial.
They were actually really helpful. I had missed 6 payments due to financial difficulties and the woman was totally nice. She offered me a settlement amount that wouldn't accrue interest and set up 12 payments for me. I saved over 500 dollars and will be done with this debt in 12 months. If I had continued to make minimum monthly payments I would be paying this for 7 years! I understand that this means I will no longer have credit with Dell, but I would prefer to pay off my debts and rebuild my credit than have horrible debt and no hope of ever rebuilding my credit.
