Some law enforcement. Didn't give him a chance to say much. Told them not to call back.

ID said Okla City, OK. An Atty Gen Investigator friend of mine said the best way to handle these aggressive callers supposedly collecting for law enforcement is to tell them you only give to your local F.O.P. It has all but eliminated these calls for me.
