I get a infomercial about owing $10000 in credit card debt. Then it ends and I hang up. Then another phone call comes from 602-283-9213 which I did not answer.

I recieved a very disturbing call from a foreigner I couldn't understand telling me someone I never heard of was using my name for a reference & he wouldn't tell me what it was for. I argued with him & he hung up on me. Very scary!!

Received a call from this number.  Since I had applied for a state job, I thought it might be important since 415 prefix is close the ones many government offices use.  Called and got the recording: "All circuits are busy.  Try your call later."  That's not possible at a government office.  I am a former state Purchasing Agent and I know how the state telephone system works, so obviously this call is a scam, don't answer it!!!
