This "debt collection company" called my wife, through our Magic Jack number which is forwarded to MY phone, not hers.  They were looking for her by her Maiden name and claim to be collecting a debt for $600.00 from a Payday Loan company named Mack Development Group.  All the information they provided my wife was VERY questionable, ie. relatives of her daughters father.  They claimed to have USAA Bank down as "collateral", which makes NO sense at all!  We're still trying to get to the bottom of who they really are and whether or not they are legit.  If it looks like poop...and it smells like poop...

Called my wife and thought she was my daughter ln law.  Stated her settlment had been denied on 7/21/15.  Called my daughterinlaw and she had contacted police.  This is a scam.

Called and said they were  pretrial processing and that I was about to be served papers on a payday loan back in 2009 and that I had to pay 100 this week and 290 for 3 months to keep from getting served. I told the lady I would call her this afternoon and she called me around 830 on my cell this morning at work I had told her I didn't get off till around 3 and I would call her but she called me anyway. The message she left was hateful like I lied to her and that the arrangements were no good now
