Someone keeps calling and leaving messages on my answering machine in some weird language

robo call..Has been calling for several months (daily...Leaves messages in Foreign...(China,Japan, or Viet) language.

I get a call from this number almost every day, the language is oriental???

I JUST got my cell, new #, etc., etc.  & have been getting these calls almost daily, since day 1!  So intrusive, invasion of my privacy!  Don't know what language it is!

Have been getting robo-calls from this number every day on my new phone number at new home, sometimes twice a day. The speaker is always female and the language is foreign, definitely Asian sounding. Got no idea who this is or how they locked onto my number...
