IRS scam. Claimed I had a mistake on my tax forms but couldn't identify the year it was in. Threatened to have me arrested within 45 minutes if I hung up.

Called at least 6 times same old same old will throw us in jail if we do not call. Wish IRS took as much interest in this nonsense as they do in law abiding citizen that happen to believe in constitutional  law.

Said that IRS is filing a lawsuit against me but they were giving me one chance to pay, so I hung up the phone beings it was just a computer operator. They have called back 3 times since then saying the same thing...

Claimed I had tax error and phone call was from IRS

Same# just left me a vmail saying the IRS is suing me as well. I dont pick up #s I dont know nor am I calling them back. Why would the IRS sue a person who's been on disability for almost 9 yrs? Only had a couple waitressing jobs my whole life due to medical issues... so what could I have that they would want? Doesnt make sense. So I know its a scam. Plus my husband said the IRS would write formal letters regarding these matters, not call & threaten in a matter of minutes like we're some kind of drug lord.
