Northern Tier Agency LLC  dba  Credit Management Services - received a call from them threatening me with criminal charges, said they were a detective, kept calling me a defendant and told me I could only pay this debt with a credit card.  They would not send me a copy of this debt, however, they did have my social security number.  They used foul language and called me several times today saying nasty and foul things. One guy said his name was Michael Lee and the other guy said his name was Ted Marshall.  According to the State of NEW YORK, here is there registered information:

The address for the DOS PRocess goes to Melissa Kroftka, however I have learned from people that know her that the company is owned by Kirk Krofka and I found other sites indicating they keep changing their names each time they get sued.  Kirk Peterson Kroftka has an office in Tonawanda, NY.
