I'm getting automated calls from what appears to be a local cell phone number, they all start with the prefix 255-. It's a company offering to lower my credit card interests rates.  Well I don't own any credit cards, so I pressed a key to get me to customer service.  When I ask to be removed from their call list, I either get hung up on,  or profanities  yelled at me. Each time, the call in transferred to  a man with an "Indian" accent.
