I've been receiving calls from this number.  I thought I would answer but didn't get to the phone in time, so I called it back.  The ID said SSI was and the area code was in my area.  I called the number and it said I must put in the area code so I did (remember same area code as mine).  The message I got said I couldn't dial the number as it was dial (duh).  I blocked this number today and filed a complaint.  I'll watch and see if any one finds out who this telemarketer is.
