"John" with heavy probable E. Indian accent called from "National Debt Settlement Program" on behalf of DebtOneFinancial of Calabasas, CA, 888-995-6663. Lauren also came on line after John [she didn't speak w/ an accent] and also did not disclose she and John were recording the call w/o permission or my knowledge.

A call to this 405# always gets the recording "this number is not in service."  It often showed on Caller ID as +405... indicating an international origin.
