4052333944 Unknown Name called, I said hello,  man responded hello, I said hello again, same response, said hello third time, man said, "Okay, there's no message,  I'll just call back another time. " and then hung up on me.

Didn't answer, no message left.

Scam artist say is is calling for the chief of police. Will not mail info about charity.  
Wants credit card number to charge.  Min.

He does not leave messages. I called him back from my caller ID.
He answered by saying hello.
You would think if it was a business they would answer differently

They have called repeatedly.  But I let it go to voice mail each time.  When the answering machine picks up, I get an automated voice saying, "Goodbye."  So over all these calls like this!

I received a phone call from 405-233-3944,a few minutes ago (7:50 p.m., Wed., Nov 12)..  There was no name, only Adair, Oklahoma.   I live in Tulsa.  The phone only rang a few times and stopped, and I presumed it was one of those recorded calls for seniors.  I don't answers calls like that so I went to the computer, searched for the number and found this web site.  I'm glad I did.  My 76-year-old cousin received a phone call 6 months ago (I don't know if it was this number) and the guy managed to get her social security number although I had told her numerous times not to give out any information like that over the phone.  I think he said he was from a collection agency or something.  I can't ask her because she died in August.  These people stink.
