Kept calling my house, robo call but hangs up when I answered. Got tired of it, so decided to call it back, thinking I would get off the call list for some political thing. NOPE. It was a Kohl's call center telling me my account was past due over 60 days!!! I have not gotten a bill (they suggested I talk to the USPS to see why they weren't delivering THAT ONE PIECE of mail) and they didn't answer when I did on the robo calls from Oklahoma (they said the calls would show from Wisconsin, not OK- oh, and that they aren't required to call to let me know of my account issue). They offered to let me pay over the phone, but they have already reported it to the credit bureau. No thanks, not paying anything over the phone. Canceled my card over the phone though. Even the supervisor said they haven't had any returned bills, so they had no way of knowing I wasn't getting the bills. But they expected me to pay a bill without receiving a bill??? Hmmm, no thanks.
