Received several calls from here so I decided to wait through the hold to ask them to remove me from their call list.  The representative got really rude and told me I didn't care about my business and that I was hurting traffic to my website.  I asked him again to take me off his call list.  He then said I'm sorry I didn't hear that, so I repeated myself and before I could finish he again said sorry I can't hear you then put me on hold. I hung up.  They are definitely SPAM and very rude when confronted.

It's not illegal to call in the same area code. That's how they get around the DNC list.

They keep calling and hanging up.  Says they are with Google.  I'm pretty sure Google doesn't conduct business like that.

I can't even count the number of times this number has called me. I finally answered one day and found out it's a Google plus scam/spam as you all have said above. Something about registering my business. I don't own a business so unless they're going to pay my phone bill, I need them to STOP CALLING.
