404-997-8997 UNKOWN NO MESSAGE

AGAIN TODAY 404-997-8997 UNKOWN NO MESSAGE 2 DAYS IN A ROW?

I got a call from this number this morning.

I answered it and the line went dead.

I called it back - and they said "Tech Collect" when they answered.

Pretty sure it is a debt collector.

Multiple calls, no message.

Same company but they have now 8 listed known phone #'s in my address book.  6 times in a row, cursing, and the "automatic dialer" excuse.  Sent a letter of ceasing all phone calls, will not abide by it.  For a debt that is not mine.
