Received a call yesterday and person said she was with ajc. I actually ordered a year subscription but within 45 min was feeling stupid for giving her my credit card info. Immediately contacted AJC and they had no record of the order.  Was supposed to get paper this morning and nothing. I had to cancel my credit card because of this.  I didn't want to take a chance of my card number being used illegally.

Same here - I just called and cancelled my debit card and I suggest anyone else do the same.

This appears to be a scam - the person is very pushy trying to get you to reactivate or start a subscription - the phone number associated with the person is null and void and says they are always closed. Cancel your credit card ASAP to protect it. In a nutshell do not provide anyone on the phone your financial information.

Woe be onto you if your subscription to the Atlanta Urinal & Constipation ever runs out.  Oh, the hell with you if your paper gets wet or thrown into the bushes, but you'd better not let your subscription to the fake news run out!
