Called my cell phone today @1:15 pm. Left no message. Caller ID said GA, USA.

received phone call to my husbands cell phone, asking if we would be home between 9-4 today to deliver a court summons for a specific relative (name withheld).  We had no idea how they linked my husband's # with my family member's name (first and last).  I got on the phone and they said they were with Civil Procedure division with Epstein Roth and Associates, and I was to have my family member call their main office at 888-691-3926, and gave a specific case number.  Google the 888 # and see multiple entries for scam artisits.  Pretty scarry that someone can call an unlisted cell phone and have info on family members who don't even have that cell phone number.  There is no privacy.

404 994 2890 called my cell phone today at 12:ii pm. They left no message and when I called with a blocked number they had the audacity to not accept the call because it was blocked.

Received calls. No message left. Called back from unblocked number and still did not accept call. Total scam. Only allows for outgoing calls. Had several calls like this before stating they were trying to get in touch with my sister thru me, I stated I was not related to that person and didn't know how they got my number. They took me off their list and haven't called back since. Just DENY any person they relate you to even if you are really related to them. DON'T provide any information about the person they are inquiring about. When I said I wasn't related to the person they listed was my sister, they asked ,"Do you know a way we would be able to contact her?" I replied, "How the hell should I know when I don't even know this person!!!!!" MORONS!
